I have experienced the SAME PROBLEMS..as BrendaW........
This company is NOT REPUTABLE.
Foolish me, I should have checked the BBB for their information 1st. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO KEEP GIVING THEM MONEY!!!
Cancel your creidt card that they have for information on, and get a new one reissued, otherwise they will continue to keep charging your card. GOOD LUCK getting your credit back, just a new lesson in life with a company you would think is a good one.

But it is in the past, and a step in growth, don't buy unless it's in your hand to try.
