Scam, fraud bill, horrible customer service

I don’t know why I didn’t even search these reviews before, bad customer service, after reading everyone’s review, it wasn’t just me getting over charges and fraud bills!!! I have been with them for years. As far as I can tell I noticed the over changes for 3 times in the past without any notice, they charged me double or triple prices, well I thought it’s just mistake So called them and thought they fixed it. When I called them this time again for over charge they made such a bad excuse and made me like I don’t understand it. I’m paying more taxes, surcharges than the actual call charge. So for example, if your call charge was $10; your other charge such as taxes, and whatever other fees were over $10, how does the other taxes go more than the actual product (this time call minutes)? So that makes double+fees. The lady on the phone was terrible! So scary and mad at myself that I trusted them for years.
