I had recently purchased an AEG at airsplat.com and that was my very first purchased from them. Their shipping the FIRST time was great. However there were 2 problems when the gun arrived. 1: the gun was scratched; 2: the gun didn't fire. As it turned out, the gun had a broken tapplet plate.Since I didn't want to void the warranty, I shipped it back to them. It arrived 2 1/2 weeks later. Anxiously I had cracked open the box to see if the gun was working properly. I found that they had warped my butt check and lost one of the screws.I used a replacement screw that looked not anything like the missing screw and proceeded to testing, but lo and behold, the magazine didn't load in and found that they hadn't reassembled the magazine release in right, tempted to disassemble the gun and void the warranty and decided that I didn't care anymore, and that I didn't want to deal with Airsplat ever EVER again and fixed the problem myself. My overall message is simple: DON'T BUY FROM AIRSPLAT PERIOD. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH DEALING WITH THEM WILL BE MY LAST. Their customer service is great if you are going to make a purchase, but when it comes to repairs and anything involving spending time and effort to make things right, forget about it they are in it for the money not any of the customer satisfaction.
