I ordered 3 products from this site. I checked before hand to make sure that all my products were in stock and i qualified for the free shipping. I only needed the two things, but added the third for the free shipping. After a four day wait for my items to process, I was told that my battery charger was back ordered. Though it was a set back i didn't mind too much. After a few days waiting (forgot exactly how many) I noticed that the rest of my order had not shipped. They were waiting on my gun, and BB's until the charger was back in stock. After a few days of e-mails, 10 days from my original purchase, I was allowed to cancel my order. Their website still listed my charger as being in stock. The setback of not having a smart charger was a huge disappointment, but they did finally allow me to cancel the order.

We never intend for our customers have any issues with there orders, unfortunately back orders do happen. We notify our customers of there back orders as soon as we know about them.
