We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our NewAir air conditioners. We offer free return shipping and we also extend our return policy to 60 days in order to give our customers plenty of time to make sure they're satisfied with the product. I'm not sure why this customer was not helped. Something is not adding up because our customer service staff is well trained on our return policy. If the customer only used it for a few days we would be happy to do an exchange with prepaid shipping or take the unit back for a full refund. I sent the customer a message on 9/9/11 requesting an opportunity to resolve this issue. As of today's date I have yet to received a response. I do need to speak with this customer to bring this issue to a full resolution. Unfortunately I don't have any contact information for this customer other than sending a message through trustlink.
