I dont think ive every shopped at another online store that is always willing to help the customer, ive talked to multiple reps at affliction and ive always been able to straighten out my orders. weather it be exchanges or a complete refund on an order. ive made order in which they were able to ship in the same day, cant wait for there affliction holiday/2010 catalog to be available online!!
