Same experience here! I have been trying to get my refund for almost 2 months! They sent me a shipment AFTER I had cancelled. I have called them every week and still no results. Today they told me that I had to send an email to services@advancedwellnessresearch.com detailing my issue. I had to ask: "Why, you have all my info in your database?! All my calls, etc. and you certainly had NO problem withdrawing money that you shouldn't have from my account." This business is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
