I regret to say that I ordered the acai berry pills from this company on a "trial" basis. My husband called to cancel these pills 4 or 5 days after they arrived, however he didn't write a confirmation # down and unfortunately they never got canceled. When I looked at my checking account online I saw that they had withdrawn $89.97 for a reorder of these pills which I did not ask for, nor did I want. The product does absolutely nothing, so don't bother getting them. I should have researched the company prior to ordering, but being a trustworthy person, I "assumed" they were legitimate. I have called again and canceled my the order again, now having a confirm #, however they said that I would have to "email" the customer service department and they would have to refund me. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times asking for resolution and telling them that this withdrawal has made my paying my mortgage short, and that I needed them to credit me back. I have not heard a thing back from them, no call..no emaill...no nothing!! Please beware of these companies and make sure that you read the "small print" in the terms and conditions. Anyone who won't stand behind their product with a money back guarantee should never be trusted. A red flag that they're up to something. I have given them a few days to reply to my email, however I have heard nothing, and there is no one you can call to find out. If I hear back from them within the next few days, I would be happy to change my rating, however as of right now, their customer service is much to be desired.
