Very displeased with this company now. I have ordered before, however, I am getting no response. They are open, as my credit card has cleared for my three pairs of shoes. I have tried to reach them for several days, as I put in my order five days ago, as it's still showing processing, but, they charged me $20.00 to ship, and I have yet to get ANY notification of any shipping details!!! I really do want a refund, and I will no longer deal with them again. PLEASE.... PLEASE....DO NOT ORDER CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE WILL NOT ANSWER!!!
