Shipped two lithos to ABI in mid-2009 valued at $8000 -- received one payment of $1300 and lots of promises -- numerous phone and email exchanges through July 2011 with Eddie, Kristin, and Rick Hancock -- despite retaining lawyers and accountants to reorganize their business, there has been no resolution -- others have posted similar results -- is there a basis for a claim and/or class action here or are we limited to small claims court -- happy to share info
