Bill was excellent in dealing with my issue from start to finish. A straightforward, reliable and thorough mechanic. He discovered the trouble with my Cadillac when other mechanics could not. When all else failed he was able to be relied on and discover other issues my previous mechanic had missed as well. All better now!!! Job well done. Thank you Bill.
