My parents purchases, by personal check due to different shipping address, a tandem bicycle from this company. There were two boxes sent out for delivery on Dec 9th, 2010 via UPS. Only the 1 lbs box showed up. UPS shows the 90 lbs box out for delivery. UPS requires detailed information/description in order to begin a hunt for the lost box/bicycle. I called and only got voicemail. I left a message requesting company to call UPS to give UPS the specifics to make a claim. It is now Jan 10th. I called airsplat.com who shares a building with 2WheelBikes. An employee of Airsplat is giving my story to a supervisor, I hope. I am wanting someone to physically go next door and check to see if the lady at 2wheelbikes is alive or dead, then, if alive, ask what's up with this order? Stay tuned.....
