I have done 4 remodifications for this company over the last year. The first 3 were paid within 30 days. The last one I did was in August 2009 & I am still waiting on payment. All numbers have been disconnected. The mortgage specialist Michael Herried's number still works but you cannot leave a message do to it is full. They are being sued by several states by what I have been reading. In Sept 2009 I spoke with Michael & he stated to email all documentation to him & he would get payment out immediately. He also stated that the company was joining with another and this is why the phone numbers were not working. Beware!!!!! This is a fraudulent company.
