Mike Flores is great to work with. I was going to buy a stair master online but decided to call and talk to a customer service rep. I am glad I did because Mike helped me pick out a model that is better for me than the one I was going to purchase. He even made it clear to me that he was here to help me with my purchase even after I paid for it. This is exactly what I was looking for, to buy a product with great customer service.
