Did not get the ring quality ordered
|
Ordered a 1.5 CT center stone and 2 side diamonds with I color and SI2 clarity. When I received the ring the stones looked grayish green and I could see an inclusion on top of the center stone. I took the ring to 2 jewelers locally to verify quality. They said both said it was M-O in color and I2 to I3 in clarity. I called Edwin Novell, they indicated their appraisal service was correct and my 2 jewelers were not. I had to pay to return the ring and for the appraisals. They indicated if they had their service reappraise and it was different I would get refunded for return shipping. I did not get reimbursed for return shipping even though I submitted copy of local appraisal.
Do not buy from this site, go to a site like bluenile.com that has GIA certified diamonds
