Very unprofessional. I needed cleaners after dealing with Covid which means my energy was very low and I was moving very slow. They first had the wrong number that I never provided them. I had to call and rectify. I scheduled the call early in the morning around 10am. They kept telling me the cleaners are 5 minutes away or they were in front which was killing me to go down my apartment and not find anyone. It was 7pm and no one still showed up. (I live on the 5th floor of my complex). The next day I never got a call to have an ETA. When I told them that I didnt want to use their service I still got charge 173 dollars for nothing.
Use at your own risk and assume its operated by crooks.
